Q: How does Vacation Club Resales put me into direct contact with Buyers?
A: Your membership/timeshare will be listed on this website.  When a buyer makes an enquiry about your membership/timeshare, their enquiry will be forwarded on to you so that you may respond directly to them.  Your personal information will NOT be sent to the buyer. This way you are in control.

Q: How do I make an enquiry to purchase a listed Membership / Timeshare?
A: To the right of the listings is a form to "Make An Enquiry".  Simply complete the information requested and this information along with your message will be sent directly to the owner on the membership / Timeshare.

Q: How much does it cost to list my Membership / Timeshare for Sale?
A: It is $98 inclusive of GST.  The listing will be valid for up to 5 years or until sold.  There are no other fees, charges or commissions payable to Vacation Club Resales.

Q: How much does it cost to list my Membership / Timeshare for Rent?
A: It is $48 inclusive of GST.  The listing will be valid for up to 1 year or until rented.  There are no other fees, charges or commissions payable to Vacation Club Resales.

Q: What price should I sell my Membership / Timeshare for?
A: We suggest that you check the current sales price being offerred when purchasing directly from the club or group you belong to, then list your membership at a price that is competitive.  You may then reduce your listed price periodically until you attract a buyer.  It is also recommended that you make your price negociable to attract
more interested buyers.

Q: What price should I rent my Membership / Timeshare for?
A: We suggest that you rent out your points, credits or week for an amount that at least covers the cost of your annual club maintenance fee and the listing fee.

Q: How do I rent out my Membership / Timeshare?
A: After you have been in contact with someone who wishes to rent out your points, credits or week, simply contact your club reservations and advise them that you would like to transfer your points or credits to another member.  You will need their member number to do this.  For non points clubs or timeshares you may be required to make a reservation at a resort first, then rent out that booking.  Please check with your club / group whether transfer fees are applicable.

Q: How do I rent points / credits / weeks from an existing member?
A: Complete the details under "Make an Enquiry".  Make sure you enter the correct listing referrence number.  Your enquiry will be sent directly to the person renting the Membership / Timeshare.  They will then contact you to arrange the transfer.

Q: Does Vacation Club Resales assist with transfer paperwork?
A: No. However, you will find that the member services department of each club will supply all paperwork necessary for the transfer.

Q: Does Vacation Club Resales accept payments for the seller or renter?
A: No. Vacation Club Resales does not take any responsibility with payments relating to the transfer of memberships, points, credits or weeks.
